Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms & Conditions”) carefully before using the Akarsh Computers and Traders website or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our website or use our services.

2. Services We Provide

  • Product Sales: Computers, laptops, printers, CCTV cameras, accessories, and IT equipment
  • Repair Services: Computer, laptop, printer, and other electronic device repairs
  • Installation Services: CCTV, networking, and software installation
  • Videography Services: Event coverage, wedding videography, corporate events
  • Software Development: Custom software, websites, and applications
  • AMC Services: Annual Maintenance Contracts for businesses

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless specified otherwise
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • Payment can be made via: Cash, Card, UPI, Bank Transfer, or Cheque
  • For bulk orders, special payment terms may be negotiated
  • A 18% GST applies to most products and services (exceptions may apply)

4. Delivery and Shipping

  • Products are delivered within 3-7 business days for in-stock items
  • Delivery charges may apply based on location
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
  • Please inspect products immediately upon delivery

5. Service Terms

  • Diagnosis Fee: ₹200 (adjustable against repair charges)
  • Repair Time: Typically 24-72 hours, depending on parts availability
  • Data Backup: Customer is responsible for backing up data before service
  • No Data Liability: We are not responsible for any data loss during repairs
  • Service Warranty: 30 days warranty on repairs (terms apply)
  • Parts Warranty: As per manufacturer’s warranty terms

6. Warranty Policy

  • New Products: 1 year manufacturer warranty (unless specified otherwise)
  • Refurbished Products: 6 months warranty
  • Repaired Items: 30 days warranty on the repaired component
  • Warranty Void If: Physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized repair, tampering with seals

7. Cancellation and Refund

  • Products: Cancellation within 24 hours of order – Full refund
  • Products: Cancellation after 24 hours – Subject to restocking fee (10-20%)
  • Services: Cancellation before work starts – Full refund of advance
  • Services: Cancellation after work starts – Advance non-refundable
  • Custom Orders: No cancellation or refund once production begins

8. Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping charges
  • Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection
  • Non-returnable items: Software, consumables (ink, toner), opened products, custom orders

9. Service Booking Terms

  • Service requests are confirmed within 24 hours
  • On-site service available within 48 hours (within Kasia area)
  • Remote support available for software issues
  • Emergency service charges may apply for urgent requests
  • For AMC customers, priority service is guaranteed

10. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact information
  • Backup important data before service
  • Remove personal belongings before giving device for repair
  • Inform us of any previous repairs or existing issues
  • Provide access for on-site service (if applicable)

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akarsh Computers and Traders shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business interruption
  • Damages exceeding the amount paid for the product or service

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Akarsh Computers and Traders and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, or strikes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
