📦 Return Policy
Eligibility for Return
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be in original condition (unused, undamaged)
- All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included
- Product must not be damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Proof of purchase (invoice) is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Software products (once seal is broken)
- Ink cartridges, toners, and consumables
- Opened or used products
- Custom-configured computers
- Clearance or “final sale” items
- Gift cards or vouchers
💰 Refund Process
Steps for Refund
- Contact us with your order/invoice number and reason for return
- Receive return authorization from our team
- Pack the product securely with all original items
- Ship the product to our address (customer bears shipping cost)
- Product inspection takes 3-5 business days
- Refund processed within 7-10 business days after approval
Refund Methods
- Original Payment Method: Refund to same card/bank account (5-7 days)
- Store Credit: Immediate, valid for 12 months
- Bank Transfer: 2-3 business days (banking charges may apply)
🔧 Service Refund Policy
- Diagnosis Fee (₹200): Non-refundable if repair is declined
- Advance Payment: Adjusted against final bill
- Unsatisfactory Repair: We will re-attempt to fix at no additional cost
- Unresolved Issue: Full refund of repair charges (excluding parts cost)
- Parts Replaced: Refund only if part is defective and returned within 7 days
📱 Digital Products & Software
- Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered
- Software licenses cannot be returned once activated
- Website/App development: Refund based on milestones completed
- Custom software: As per development agreement terms
🎥 Videography Services
- 50% advance required for booking – non-refundable
- If cancelled 15+ days before event: 50% of advance refund
- If cancelled 7-14 days before event: 25% of advance refund
- If cancelled less than 7 days: No refund
- After event completion: No refunds
🏢 AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)
- Cancellation within 15 days of purchase: Full refund (if no service used)
- Cancellation within 30 days: Pro-rata refund minus 20% administrative fee
- Cancellation after 30 days: No refund
- AMC is non-transferable unless approved by us
❌ Refund Exceptions
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Missing accessories or original packaging
- Products returned after 7 days
- Clearance or “as-is” items
- Services where work has been completed
