Refund Methods

• 💵 Diagnosis Fee (₹200): Non-refundable if repair is declined
• 💰 Advance Payment: Adjusted against final bill
• 🔄 Unsatisfactory Repair: We will re-attempt to fix at no additional cost
• ✅ Unresolved Issue: Full refund of repair charges (excluding parts cost)
• 🔩 Parts Replaced: Refund only if part is defective and returned within 7 days

• 📥 Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered
• 🔑 Software licenses cannot be returned once activated
• 🌐 Website/App development: Refund based on milestones completed
• ⚙️ Custom software: As per development agreement terms

• 📋 50% advance required for booking – non-refundable
• 📅 If cancelled 15+ days before event: 50% of advance refund
• 📅 If cancelled 7-14 days before event: 25% of advance refund
• 📅 If cancelled less than 7 days: No refund
• 🚫 After event completion: No refunds

• 📅 Cancellation within 15 days of purchase: Full refund (if no service used)
• 📅 Cancellation within 30 days: Pro-rata refund minus 20% administrative fee
• 🚫 Cancellation after 30 days: No refund
• 🔒 AMC is non-transferable unless approved by us
